I was really excited to try something new even though I had heard Jemal’s sessions were tough and challenging.
It is tough but at the same time it is a fun way to exercise using bars and body weight. Jemal has shown me different ways to increase strength through pulling, pushing, bending using my body weight for resistance. With his encouragement, I am surprised at what I am able to achieve during each session. It Is great to see everyone working out at different levels and this is managed well by Jemal. Also it’s great to be outdoors, definitely it’s brilliant physically and mentally.
Jamal is an excellent PT whether you want one to one or group sessions. He makes the impossible possible. He is very knowledgeable about technique and positioning to break down challenging exercises to more manageable chunks. Not everyone wants to do the human flag – if you do he’s your man – but if not his classes will improve your overall fitness both upper and lower body strength.
His group classes have an inclusive and supportive ethos and are suitable for all abilities. You will definitely notice after training with Jamal and want to come back again.
